Bob
is no typical salesman. He has an extraordinary work ethic and taught himself how
to sell through persistence and a strong desire to succeed. He served in Army Intelligence
during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Bronze Star. Shortly after the war ended,
Bob returned to Utah State University and earned a BS in Sociology and a Masters
Degree in Industrial Sociology. He worked several years in the field of Labor Relations
and eventually moved to Oregon where he opened his own construction company. A victim
of a deep building depression during the early 80's, Bob found himself starting over.
With absolutely no sales experience Bob began selling specialty advertising on a
part-time basis, between construction jobs.
Now Bob is one of the premier
Advertising Specialty Salesman in our 45 million dollar organization and certainly
ranks amoung the top in the nation.
His sub-dealer income is over 30% of his annual income,
which exceeds six figures. In a letter addressed
to our president Bob wrote the following:
" I am proud to be part of your team and deeply thankful that you rescued
me from my former distributor, Newton Manufacturing. Kaeser and Blair simply has more ways
to turn a dollar bill than anyone in the business. Legitimate, honest and ethical
ways to make an excellent living!"

A
real estate consultant by trade, Carole sold over $100 million during her ten years
as a real eatate agent. With assistance from her Kaeser and Blair dealer service
representative, Carole operates her promotional advertising business in her "free
time". She has parlayed her extraordinary knowledge of the real estate industry
into a $300,000 promotional advertising customer base, which provides earnings that
most folks would consider to be a full time profession. She mainly concentrates on
providing advertising programs for the real estate industry. However, her reputation
in the industry has helped her earn the respect and confidence of the marketing executives
of some of the largest corporations in Chicago. Carole is also an active member of
the National Speakers Association, providing seminars and workshops for major corporations
and associations across the United States and abroad!

We have
nothing but admiration for Ray. In 1973 he inaugurated his career in this business
when he earned the distinction of both the District and Regional "Rookie of
the Year" for competitor Brown and Bigelow. His affiliation with Kaeser and Blair began
in 1986 and he was immediately advanced to our Centruy Club "Heavy Hitter"
status, benefiting from accelerated commissions because of his high volume. Ray claims
his first year earnings with Kaeser and Blair were over $20,000 more than his best year at
B&B. Ray is totally entrenched in the promotional industry writing over 500 orders
annually. Each year brings a new sales record for Ray, in fact his last year's sales
increased more than 14% over the previous 12 months. Ray still does not consider
this his "full time" living since he does not devote a full 40 hours to
advertising specialties. He still maintains sales for some non "advertising
specialty" industry industrial products. Ray firmly believes in our Sub-Dealer
Program - as well he should - a good portion of his annual income is derived from
the 20% unearned overrides on the profits generated by the Sub-Dealers he has recruited.

His
name is Roy Lewis - after starting his own business in 1995, Roy now has income in
excess of $100,000 per year. Roy is still on the fast track with double-digit sales
increases each year. While we have helped many other folks do it, Roy has even amazed
us. You see, Roy does this incredible volume in a small rural business environment.
It takes planning, a lot of travel and lots of follow-up to keep contact with his
customers. Roy credits his success to hard work and his Kaeser and Blair Dealer service representative
who helps keep him and his orders on track. He also sings high praise for the Kaeser and Blair
Sales and Marketing Departments who create programs that make him competitive. Roy
started selling Kaeser and Blair products two hours a week while maintaining a regular job
at a plastic pipe factory. It took courage, but after a very short time, Roy knew
he could earn a full-time living as a Kaeser and Blair Dealer, writing his own ticket.

John
is our "big Kahuna."
Prior to working in the industry, John
earned his Masters Degree in Education. He was the Director
of Education for one third of the state's schools with responsibilities for over
60,000 students. He then left the education field and entered the Promotional Advertising industry.
After 10 years
with Newton Manufacturing, John joined Kaeser and Blair to take advantage of the extra 7 1/2% commission
he earns on our accelerated commission program, our override program and our Century
Club Service. We believe John secures the majority of his over half million dollars
in volume through the "coconut telegraph" receiving leads before the buyers
even know they need products.
He relies heavily on his partner and companion Tina, who runs his office
and spends the majority of her day working with their Kaeser and Blair Dealer service representative
finalizing details on any one of their over 600 orders sold annually. John claims
Tina is the "driving force" in their relationship as she is looking forward
to the annual cruises that they consistently earn.

We call it our "sub-dealer" program. This program gives you the opportunity
to recruit others to sell for Kaeser and Blair. This program is available only
to active Kaeser and Blair dealers. It affords you the chance to build a sales organization
without the administrative "headaches" or the financial obligations inherent
in building a distributorship. In fact, some of our top producers were previously
independent Ad-Speciality Distributors who find our opportunity more profitable than
even their own distributorship. Sub-dealers are considered regular Kaeser and Blair
dealers with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities as any other Kaeser and Blair
dealer. They receive full commissions and can even qualify for our accelerated commission
program. As usual, we do all the administrative work, orders are sent directly to
Kaeser and Blair. You would have no sales management obligations or authority. However,
the more you teach them, the more you will earn as you receive an override based
on the commissions earned by each sub-dealer. Overrides are paid monthly and are
equal to 20% of the standard commissions earned. (Overrides on sub-dealers earning
accelerated commissions are adjusted accordingly). This annuity continues as long
as both you and your sub-dealer are active dealers in good standing. Just think of
the profit potential for you with just a little effort on your part.
