As owners of a family owned business, Kaeser and Blair long ago realized that our only real assets are the
people that have helped us to thrive for over 100 years. Kaeser and Blair credits our success to
our dealers and our employees. While you are always welcome to visit us in Batavia,
we love to meet our Kaeser and Blair dealers in person, we know it may not be practical. Nor is it
practical for us to picture everyone in the Kaeser & Blair family that work
behind the scenes to make certain your orders are filled with impeccable accuracy.
We hope this small introduction will make you feel welcome each time you call.
Hands on leadership is a way of life at Kaeser
and Blair. It comes naturally to our dedicated executives. Each is an essential part
of the daily operation of Kaeser and Blair and is charged with the responsibility
to provide sterling, untarnished customer and dealer support. Kaeser and Blair executives are
no strangers to "hard work" and dedication and know the operations of the
entire company inside and out. While they are technically managers, their prime goal
is to act as mentor for Kaeser & Blair employees to teach them the "Kaeser" ethic
of a first class service organization. Most importantly, you will find our managers
available whenever you need them. As with all our executives, you will never find
these folks "hiding" in an "Ivory Tower".
Bob Lewellen, Kaeser and Blair Chief Operations Officer
Bob's a real "field" veteran who started some 30 years ago selling
speciality advertising as an independent contractor.
He knows every aspect, every facet, every sales
angle, every successful strategy and tactic utilized in the field that produces success
- he's a born sales professional! By the way, Bob was also tired of competing with
Kaeser and Blair and joined us after 26 years as Vice President of sales with competitor JII
Sales Promotion and four years as Eastern Regional Manager for The Vernon Company.
You will surely have the chance to meet Bob as he's our featured professor for our
Kaeser and Blair Dealer Traveling University.
Scott Graber, Kaeser and Blair Vice President Finance
 Scott
has a degree in marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He became interested
in accounting while employed at a local printing company and eventually returned
to Miami to earn a second degree in accounting. Scott's dual background gives him
the innate ability to look beyond the "number" and recognize the marketing
opportunities within every aspect of Kaeser and Blair. He manages the day-to-day financial
operations of Kaeser and Blair, and oversees our accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
Scott's involvement in our corporate environment includes the planning and implementation
of our computer system, acting as a system analyst making certain our operations
are as efficient as humanly possible. The talent and expertise Scott has brought
to the Kaeser and Blair management team has helped to develop our "state-of-the-art"
distribution system that makes it possible for Kaeser and Blair to maintain its phenomenal
growth record.
